NOSE : Initial aromas of honey suckle, banana, melon, pear, gooseberry and floral notes of violets. The notes deepen into blossom honey, red currants, rhubarb and ginger.
PALATE: Signature sweet and floral flavour that can best be described as milk chocolate, Banoffee pie with coconut cream, and flambéed orange. The higher abv concentrates the sweetness.
FINISH: A short but punchy gingery finish.
